PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to protect Users' privacy.

The administrator provides protection of personal data being processed, which is appropriate for threats and categories of data, as well as security level. In particular, the Administrator protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, theft, unauthorized processing, damage or destruction.
- The administrator provides control over what personal data are processed and to whom they can be transferred and keeps records of persons authorized to process data.
- The user registering on websites belonging to the Administrator or placing an order for products or services has a separate explicit consent to the processing of personal data.

a) proper performance by the Administrator of obligations under the concluded contracts
b) proper performance of other necessary activities under the contract (accounting, contact with clients).
c) fulfilling legally justified purposes, i.e. pursuing claims for business activity.
7. The Administrator is entitled to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under the applicable law, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
8. Personal data and information contained in the form will be used by the Administrator to enter into, change, terminate the contract with the client and ensure the highest quality of services provided.
9. Providing the data is voluntary. The customer has the right to modify, delete, limit processing, object to processing and data transfer
10. The data will be used for the purpose of concluding a contract, complaint, termination of the contract, for the period of using the services provided on various websites by the Administrator.
11. The archiving of data takes 10 years from the first order taking into account the above-mentioned the right to be forgotten, i.e. delete data. The customer requests a deletion by sending an email. The administrator immediately deletes data from the database.
12. When the User wishes to enter into a contract, the Administrator provides information about his rights. This information may be provided in writing.
13. Users' personal data may be made available to third parties with their consent, if justified by the nature of the service, and the purpose is proper performance of tasks by the Administrator.
14. Electronic communication between the User's equipment and the Administrator during the collection of personal data is encrypted (SSL). The databases are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
15. The User has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body of the UODO Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
